We're looking for a self-motivated, forward-thinking, talented graphic designer who can create & execute innovative creative for our digital marketing campaigns.
The role doesn't stop there - creating digital ads, curating Instagram feeds, creating email and web content, and being a part of our clients’ brand development are just some of the great projects you’ll be working on.
If you’re interested in strategy then this is the role for you.
We’re interested in designers who are interested in the strategy side of design - why does this kind of creative work? How do you use your design skills to highlight a campaign’s purpose? How do you compel users to shop?
At the end of your internship, you’ll have gained an impressive and employable skill set across FB+IG, Google, and maybe even Pinterest and TikTok too. Your portfolio will also be chock full of creative that doesn’t just look good but is designed to convert!
Our internship program typically runs for 20 days consisting of two consecutive, 7.5 hour days a week (flexible to your schedule).
☑︎ You live & breathe the Adobe Creative Suite (most importantly showing some experience or skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects)
☑︎ You enjoy staying on top of trends - be it from the latest design creation programs through to which colours are in this season
☑︎ You have a thick skin and are able to see other people's point of view & take onboard feedback
☑︎ The ability to apply creative critical thinking to real life scenarios
☑︎ Be willing to bring new ideas to the table from any realm of the digital world & ready to learn when others bring theirs!
☑︎ You are able to work both independently & collaboratively
☑︎ In the heart of Balaclava, our 20 day uniquely crafted internship program is centred around your development including lunch and learn sessions, skills development sessions from our partners at FB+IG, Google & more!
☑︎ 50%+ of our interns go on to get paid work following the internship
☑︎ Extremely interactive internship. Hands on, your work isn’t going to waste - from early on in your internship, you’re helping drive results for our clients and agency.
