Use Social Media To Drive Customer Acquisition

Traditionally Google Adwords is a predictable and reliable marketing channel for people searching for background checks. But Truth Finder was searching for new channels to drive sales and customer acquisition. Looking to increase volume paid social media was identified as channel to experiment with.

THE SOLUTION

Warm Audiences, Build Need, Convert

DataSauce identified 3 angles that could be used to "warm" audiences before "going in for the kill". The strategy that was implemented involved invoking the need for prospects to require a background check, and then using re-marketing to the same audience with a direct response approach to run a background check.

We created three advertorial style pages and created facebook custom audiences for each one. Each advertorial had distinct pain points that prospects could identify with.
