Does DataSauce own our Facebook ad account or do we?

It’s your business, your world, your ad account! You’ll be giving us access, but all the data that we see you can see too.

Why are my Facebook & Instagram accounts linked?

Your accounts are linked because Facebook & Instagram ads are both run through Facebook Ads Manager. Great news for your business, because we know how to use Facebook Ads Manager like Tony Hawk knows how to use his skateboard.

What other social channels do you work across? 

We specialise in a range of digital channels; including TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Amazon, Bing and Spotify.

What does DataSauce report on? 

We don’t report on vanity metrics. We’re a no BS, no fluff agency.

We report on whatever metrics are your benchmark. Cost Per Sale, ROAS, GROAS, Cost Per First Purchase, Cost Per Store Visit, CPA, CPM, CTR, you name it!

Collaboration and feedback on outcomes, people and process are essential to ensuring our joint success.  

We wrap this info up into weekly reports and monthly Works in Progress (or WIPs as we like to call them).

How often does DataSauce do reporting?

We usually send through a report every two weeks, however, it depends on the client. A part of our onboarding experience will be a conversation outlining your goals, and what achieving them will look like. If this includes daily or weekly reports, that’s what we’ll do!

How often does DataSauce catch up with their clients?

We can catch up as little or as often as you like. In our experience, we’ve found that monthly or fortnightly WIPs work well as a way to check in.

We use these WIPs as an opportunity to present you with new ideas and strategies to keep the ball continuously rolling.

How does DataSauce like to communicate with their clients?

We’re always reachable. We’re big Slack fans, which is what we most frequently use to communicate with clients. However, if you’ve got a preferred method we’re happy to integrate it - we’ll even go old school and wait patiently by the post box for your letter in the mail.
