Friday arvos are tools-down time. Drinks and a cheeky cheese plate are supplied, all we ask of our team is to bring some quality chat. We usually make our way over to a bar or restaurant to keep the good times rolling.
We’re always celebrating the hard work of our team - but especially on birthdays, which is usually done over a cake, donut stack, or whatever treat tickles your fancy.
We want our team to have other priorities outside of work - we’re not hiring robots! That’s why we support and champion a good work-life balance.
Need to work a day from home? Sure.
Leave early for the dentist? Go for it. Dying to go to that rodeo? Yee-haw cowboy (we’d love an invite though).

Our End of Months are a blast. We rotate presenters who give a roundup of the month’s milestones. It’s a really entertaining way for us to all come together to celebrate the wins across teams, and give important info and feedback to make sure we keep kicking goals.
There’s always food, occasional dance routines, and lots and lots of laughs.
